Hey there,
My name's Kris - I'm the founder of LWLSS.
I wanted to just share a little bit about myself and why I started the brand.
By day, I’m a primary school teacher in Geelong… and when I’m not teaching, I’m probably hitting a WOD at CF Ocean Grove or in my garage gym 💪
These days I’m fuelled by a lot of coffee ☕, my wife Jaclyn, our two beautiful girls & our Border Collie - Molly 🐶
LWLSS started from frustration — I was tired of overpriced, low-quality gear and the lack of Aussie brands worth backing.
I wanted to sell the gear that I'd be happy to train with. So I decided to build some myself 👊
I grew up on a farm near Swan Hill, ran a few marathons and even a half Ironman — but my biggest challenge? Managing my time between full time work, family life, training and running a solo business.
I’m passionate about breaking the stigma around men’s mental health as it's something that I've struggled with myself 🙌
