Not sure if is the rope keeps “curling”, or if I’ve become worst at Jump Rope.

Hi Sonia, Just checking if you have adjusted and cut the rope to the correct length for your height? That will prevent any curling.

So so good!! Had a small comp today with another local box. WOD 2 had double unders. I did 5 rounds of 50 unbroken and they felt amazing. No fatigue in my shoulders. Really happy.

Considering of distance between Greenland ang Australia is quite quick that I receive the speed rope, it took 3 weeks to receive it. But did'nt used it yet but it looks like it is good speed rope.

Compared to my original rope, this one is fast and more consistent making double unders and crossovers easier. Handles are on the heavier side compared to others but the bearings are very smooth.
